RockNSM is built upon the solid foundation of CentOS 7, which is in turn built on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7. Red Hat has great documentation, and if you have access to the bootloader, you can follow the steps to Reset the Root Password Using rd.break.
If you can’t modify the boot loader, well… Good luck. You’re best off to reinstall. If you’re feeling froggy, maybe aim to develop a 0-day exploit against a hardened box running SELinux. As I said… Good luck!
